Design For Lucy New Website

We are very happy to announce the launch of Design For Lucy User Centered Design and usability specialist's new website @ Since 2001, Design For Lucy helps announcers to improve usability of existing interfaces and conceive user friendly new interfaces through user tests, usability reviews, usage research. Extensia has acquired Design For Lucy in 2012.

Extensia acquires Design For Lucy

Extensia has acquired the French user centred design agency Design For Lucy (

Design For Lucy is an acknowledged specialist in the field of usabitlity tests, user centred design, shopper studies, shoppers experience improvement. The acquisition strengthens Extensia's skills in that fields of research and presence in the branch promising field of IT.

Both teams are already working on the same site in the 9th district of Paris. The group is organised in three departments: Panels and Quant; Qualitative Research; Usability.

Frédéric Fuchs, Design For Lucy's founder, becomes Group Senior VP International Business Development and Operations.

Arnaud Laisné, Extensia's founder, becomes general manager of the group and remains head of qualitative research.

Olivier de Maeyer leads the Usablity department and Sofia Tolsy the Panels and Quant department.

Extensia launch their B2C online panel Consovoice! Consovoice is launched to respond the growing ask for quantitative studies we are facing. Consovoice should become representative of the metropolitan French population métropolitaine of 18 years and more, but in order to rapidly fulfill the requirement of our historical customers, recruiting efforts are mainly focused toward 18~35 years old men which is one of target audience Extensia's very well versed into.
